The gîte is entirely private, with its own large garden and parking alongside and is attached to the old farmhouse. It is full of rustic charm and character, with original beams and the rediscovered old bread oven … and the garden is a great place to relax!

The lounge/dining room has a dining table & chairs, settee & easy chairs. The TV receives French channels but many films or series can be switched to English. There is here is a selection of DVDs, books and several board games.

The shower room has a sabot style bath with shower and wash-hand basin. Separate toilet. Both are on the ground floor.

The Twin Room has two full-sized single beds, wardrobe and cupboard space. This room is in the attic space and has a low head height, it is ideal for children but has accommodated adults many times. This room has a velux window.

The Double Bedroom has a standard double bed, a wardrobe with hanging and shelf space and a lovely view from the window.

The large, level, garden with table and chairs is right outside the kitchen door. There is an outbuilding for storing the extra chairs, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue, set of boules plus garden toys for children

The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster and plenty of cookware. The cottage does not have a washing machine we we offer services washes - no charge.
